Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks quickly and consistently.
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and ready for late-night service.
- Support private-room service and communicate clearly with the floor team.
- Maintain licensing, hygiene and guest standards throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous bar or strong hospitality experience preferred.
- Confident working evenings, weekends and late nights.
- Calm under pressure with sharp guest service standards.
